One of my favorite artists of all times is Tamara de Lempicka. I love her stylized, glamorous female portraits of the Art Deco era and enjoy emulating her style. My paintings evolve through several layers and sometimes little surprises emerge, like the blue butterfly (which is “Chō” in Japanese).
